Radiopaque polyurethane catheter with fixation wings and integral extension tube (PUR) with clamp. 
Extension tube: 6 cm long for code 1241, 8 cm long for code 1243. 
Mainly intended for vascular access by the jugular or subclavian route.

Presented in a rigid blister pack containing:
-1 polyurethane I.V. catheter
-1 introducer needle
-1 "J" guidewire with wishbone type guidewire advancer
-1 5 ml syringe
