Bionector 2 on the lateral port of the stopcock is a multipurpose, closed, needle-free I.V. connection accessory which can be used for intermittent injections of drugs or for continuous infusions of fluids or drugs. Bionector 2 has a very easily disinfectable membrane (disinfection must be carried out before and after use) which closes automatically when the infusion line or the syringe is disconnected.
Vyclic meets the requirements of ISO norm 8536-10: tested at 2 bar during 15 minutes.
